This research investigated how social robots influence human behaviour, task performance, and user acceptance in human–robot interaction. Through systematic reviews, meta-analysis, questionnaire-based research, and statistical analysis, it examined how robot presence, interactivity, anthropomorphic features, emotional design, and communication styles affect human cognitive performance, social perceptions, emotional responses, and acceptance of robotic technologies.
